Intervention at an individual’s home

Challenge:
Housing with a wood frame and concrete columns. The structure grew old and needed to be renovated.

Why did they call us?
The works that needed to get done are interfering with the structure of the property. Therefore, in order not to disturb the stability of the building, and planify the necessary work, the client called on our engineering design office.

AFTER:

Our guidelines have been implemented by the installation of steel beams to support the structure.

After the analysis of the existing structure, we determined that the reinforcement was going to be needed, both in the interior framing and the masonry, as you can see of the pictures to the right.

END OF THE WORKS:

We supervised the good conduction of the technical side of the project during its implementation, until the project handover.
